  • Adjust the master schedule as needed to accommodate unforeseen changes
  • Solve the world’s most significant problems – Be part of exciting and innovative projects.
  • Compile and analyze manufacturing requirements from Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products Canada business unit, incorporating inputs from sales, business segments, and management to develop a comprehensive master schedule for Canada
  • Lead various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing communication between plant and business unit, and optimizing operational processes within the Systems segment and plant scheduling
  • Participate in our celebrations, social events and offsite business events.
  • Predict short-term and long-term production needs of the business unit, working closely with manufacturing sites to establish a feasible delivery schedule and strategy
  • Identify adaptable solutions for resolving conflicts arising from conflicting priorities among sales, business unit, and manufacturing
  • Collaborate with sales and factory planners/schedulers on managing large opportunities.

  • Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Experience in strategic business planning
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an asset
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on process and data-driven decision-making
  • Eng, B.Sc, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, MS Excel, and database management
  • Knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
  • Fluency in French language is an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or scheduling
