Assist in all aspects of roadway drainage design including bridge hydraulic studies, culvert design, closed drainage system design, post-construction water quality structures design, and erosion and sedimentation control.
Utilize various design software including MicroStation, Inroads, GeoPak, Open Roads, AutoCAD Civil 3d, Microsoft Excel, GIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-MS, HY8, FlowMaster, Pond Pack, CulvertMaster, ICPR and StormCAD to assist with the design and preparation of construction plans.
Work on Engineering design for numerous roadway drainage and design-build projects including collector streets, urban arterials, rural and urban expressways, interstates and bridge replacements across the southeast.
Complete a wide range of tasks in both office and field .
Prepare construction plans, project displays, cost estimates, reports and technical memos.

Experience with software platforms such as Bentley’s StormCAD, CulvertMaster, FlowMaster, and Pond Pack, HEC-RAS, HEC-MS, HY8, ICPR, and/or SWMM

Prior experience with drainage design
Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or another closely related field
