  • Manage incoming guest flow. Estimate and communicate wait times, and guide guests to appropriate areas (e.g., tables, waiting zones, or retail sections).
  • Greet all guests promptly with a sincere welcome.
  • Thank each guest for their visit and invite them to return in a friendly and sincere manner. Promptly communicate any guest feedback and concerns to management.
  • Support basic front-of-house service needs. Deliver food and beverages to table and pre-bus as needed.
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, training, and company policies.
  • Escort guests to tables, present the menu, and wait for guests to settle before leaving the table.
  • Maintain clean and orderly food service environments during operation and after service. Follow sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies in public areas and back of house.
  • Maintain waitlist to maximize service efficiency. Communicate ongoing logistics such as wait time, large parties, special events, etc. to restaurant management.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings. Perform defined opening/running/closing duties.
  • Model company service basics. Follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management.
