Greet and seat guests in a music and entertainment venue, managing reservations and waitlists while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage incoming guest flow. Estimate and communicate wait times, and guide guests to appropriate areas (e.g., tables, waiting zones, or retail sections).
Greet all guests promptly with a sincere welcome.
Thank each guest for their visit and invite them to return in a friendly and sincere manner. Promptly communicate any guest feedback and concerns to management.
Support basic front-of-house service needs. Deliver food and beverages to table and pre-bus as needed.
Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, training, and company policies.
Escort guests to tables, present the menu, and wait for guests to settle before leaving the table.
Maintain clean and orderly food service environments during operation and after service. Follow sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies in public areas and back of house.
Maintain waitlist to maximize service efficiency. Communicate ongoing logistics such as wait time, large parties, special events, etc. to restaurant management.
Attend pre-shift meetings. Perform defined opening/running/closing duties.
Model company service basics. Follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management.
