Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm with over 33 years of industry experience, is seeking a full-time Project Officer Associate with expertise in all aspects of the management process for general construction projects across NYC.

The ideal candidate has either a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college related to construction management, architecture, or engineering, or an Associate's Degree and two years of experience in construction inspection and monitoring of construction projects, and resides in New York, NY.

If selected, candidates must provide digital proof of licensure and certification for all U.S.-based accolades, including academic degree, before the interview. Information provided will be handled with discretion and used solely for employment with government agency clients and background checks. This position is full-time and on-site in New York, NY.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering (or Associate’s degree with 2 years’ construction experience).
Strong computer skills with MS Office and AutoCAD; experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
