In this role, you will lead the implementation of our Network Control Service strategy across your region, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation in the energy sector—driving initiatives that enhance grid reliability, optimize performance, and accelerate the transition to renewable energy.
- Develop and mentor local service teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster strong relationships with utility customers and key stakeholders.
- Oversee governance and compliance for all service activities.
- Drive financial performance and ensure profitability of the service portfolio.
- Lead the execution of regional service strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with global teams on planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Represent the region in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.

- 3+ years experience with network control systems and utility operations or Oil and Gas.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- Minimum of 5 years managing teams, including experience leading managers.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
