The Tax Staff role involves working on a diverse range of tax engagements under the guidance of senior accounting professionals. You will serve clients from various industries, communicate with project leads and clients, and develop tax knowledge by preparing individual, corporate, and partnership returns. Additional tasks include researching tax issues, organizing workpapers, and handling other essential duties as needed.
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a CPA designation or eligibility preferred. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is desirable, and strong proficiency with computer and spreadsheet software is required. The position may require frequent same‑day travel and occasional out‑of‑town trips, as well as moderate overtime, especially during peak business cycles.

The compensation range for this position is $66,000 to $76,000, supplemented by an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, generous paid time off, retirement plans, and paid care leave.
