As Superintendent, you may work across any of our market focuses, including Healthcare, Industrial, Higher Education, Historical/Repositioning, Mission-Critical, and/or Life Sciences, but your primary focus will be Commercial Interiors.

- Confidence in reading plans, coordinating teams, and adapting to change.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trade scopes, and site logistics
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
- A humble, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage several tasks at once while keeping a cool head
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a calm presence when things get tough
- Proficiency with scheduling software, construction platforms like Procore, Google tools, Microsoft Office tools, and Apple devices
- OSHA certification
- Experience scheduling integrated teams using Outbuild scheduling software
- Acting as a visible, responsive, and reliable presence on site
- 3+ years of experience overseeing high-end, Class A tenant improvement/commercial interiors projects as a Superintendent
- Communication flows clearly between field and office
- Jumping in as needed to solve problems quickly, professionally, and collaboratively
- 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing commercial construction projects as a Superintendent with a general contractor
- Ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
- Deep knowledge of safety protocols and permitting processes
- Experience in drywall, finish carpentry, or millwork
