Maintaining an organized electronic file structure and supporting the internal review phase of engineering projects are essential to keep vendor and client documentation flowing smoothly.
- Create and maintain electronic file structures for engineering projects received from clients and vendors.
- Track and schedule procurement of client and vendor documentation.
- Generate and update document control reports and logs for engineering projects.
- Manage workflow of vendor and client documents through internal engineering review and return comments.
- Create and issue project job books for required projects.
- Identify workflow delays or issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Manage the Saulsbury Engineering FTP site for project documentation.

- 1–3 years of related experience; at least 1 year in the industry preferred.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Familiarity with process‑plant equipment; field or vendor experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures, including filing and recordkeeping.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, professional attitude, and teamwork.
- Ability to work overtime with management approval when needed.
- Strong organizational skills, including alphabetization and numerical filing.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time‑management skills.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, sit, stand, and reach for extended periods; carry up to 35 lb; walk property and lay‑down yards.
