What you would be doing

Attention to data entry, updating information in a timely manner throughout the day
Ensure scope, schedule, and budget data are communicated to stakeholders as they may evolve throughout a project
Track that our service technicians comply with customer requirements
Create detailed project plans, with all tasks, dependencies, and timelines identified, and keep those project plans continuously updated
Negotiating priority of service call
Technical support; providing directions, changes in scheduling, etc
Collect and review service technician’s paperwork and notes for completeness
Notifying customers of delay in delivery schedule
Assist in closing service calls and invoicing
Continuous communication with service technicians and providing optimal routing

Strong computer skills, excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with multi-tasking ability and strong interpersonal skills
Must work well under pressure and attention to detail is an absolute must
3+ years of experience dispatching Field Service Techs
Must have an above average ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle an extremely high volume of service calls
