The Role
Overview
Manage lease data, compliance, and financial processes for a government real‑estate account.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Maintains a safe and healthy workplace for all -Reconciling charges and preparing workflows for lease terminations -Champions diversity, equity, and inclusion -Work on a high-impact government account with national visibility -Handling landlord payment inquiries and ensuring timely supplier payments -Preparing lease obligation summaries and rent rolls -Generating funding requests and processing purchase orders -Calculating CPI increases and updating internal systems (CREAM/FOCUS) -Uploading and managing executed lease documents -Maintaining registers for documents, insurance, and security deposits

What You Bring
-Familiarity with lease systems and financial workflows -Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines -Precision in data management -Excellent planning and time management -2–3 years’ experience in Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable) -Degree in Finance or MBA preferred -Experience in lease administration or real estate data management
