Deputize for the Programme Manager when required.
Support continuous improvement, milestone tracking, and programme reporting.
Lead and integrate multi-disciplinary teams across large, complex programmes.

Proven leadership experience in large or complex capability delivery programmes.
Knowledge of established programme and project management frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and experience leading cross-functional or virtual teams.
Chartered-level professional status (or equivalent).
Experience in regulated or high-assurance environments.
Degree in engineering, project management, or a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
Ability to work in structured environments with innovative problem-solving skills.
