Liaise with multiple Wholesale Service Desks for all administrative requirements and changes to ensure accounts are billed accurately
Investigate accounts without meter readings and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure readings are collected
Resolve any issues that may arise from incorrect meter readings in a timely and effective manner and liaise with meter read contractors, the billing team and other internal stakeholders to resolve meter reading queries
Maximise the number of meter reads received through planning, analysis and reporting
Obtain wholesale feedback, ensuring updates to our systems are completed and providing feedback and resolution to our customers
