Reporting to the Property Manager and working closely with the Regional Leasing Specialist and VP of Marketing and Leasing, the Leasing Manager sets occupancy targets, develops strategic plans, and ensures brand consistency across the site. The role also oversees team training, recruitment, and collaboration with campus and community partners to support the overall leasing goals.
- Ensure site compliance with national branding, programs, and marketing goals.
- Develop and distribute leasing and marketing collateral; submit PRFs.
- Supervise planning and execution of marketing/leasing events and social media contests.
- Assist in executing monthly marketing calendars and initiatives.
- Participate in leasing and marketing calls and meetings.
- Develop, train, and mentor Leasing Specialists and onsite team in customer service, lead response, tours, phone training, and Fair Housing compliance.
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing new Leasing Specialists.
- Establish sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and closing ratios.
- Conduct regular market research and maintain product knowledge.
- Complete and submit accurate reports promptly.
- Lead team in preparing and maintaining leasing paperwork; conduct audits in Entrata.
- Manage and maintain accurate vanity numbers; use Entrata tools to ensure leasing and marketing quality.
- Recommend new strategies as the market evolves.
- Prepare yearly Marketing Plan and achieve leasing goals.
- Build and maintain campus relationships; meet regularly with department heads.
- Develop solid business-to-business relationships within the community.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Candidates should have strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and major social media platforms, as well as a college degree and experience in student housing, real estate, or hospitality. Required skills include an outgoing personality, ability to train and motivate teams, goal orientation, and the capacity to work independently while leading a group.
