Champion DfMA principles to optimise concept designs for repeatable, scalable delivery.
Shape design briefs and guide early-stage decision-making through option studies and rationalisation.
Support BIM workflows and digital integration to ensure clarity and traceability across disciplines.
Lead conceptual design for healthcare and defence projects, aligning outputs with performance, safety and regulatory standards.
Drive the development of standardised building systems and kits of parts across programmes, ensuring compliance, flexibility and sector relevance.
Work closely with our in-house manufacturing facility for a kit of parts approach.
Collaborate with product teams to refine materials and systems, supporting decarbonisation and MMC innovation.
Manage internal and external teams, lead collaborative design reviews and uphold governance standards across the supply chain.
