Supervision of more junior specialist engineers
Overall responsibility for engineering / contractual & quality control surveillance for civil site and drainage works.
Adheres to project target and priority such as technical robustness, budget & schedule target
Interfaces with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning.
For small requisition / standard equipment, acts as project manager for his requisition in charge of technical, contractual, expediting and inspection with spot support from project / procurement.
Ensures timely and qualitative preparation of technical specifications and requisitions / CN / stress report / engineering deliverables in coordination with other disciplines.
Ensures contractual technical specifications are met by external parties / suppliers.
Meets quality and HSE objectives of the project.
Ensures proper communication with vendors and technical follow up of the orders.
