The Technical Office Engineering (TOE) member will support production of the first Scout vehicles, manage test‑and pre‑series builds, and translate lessons learned into product optimization for series production. Reporting to the Engineering Office Manager, the role also oversees structural planning, equipment procurement, and coordination with the Scout Production Center.
The position is based in Columbia, South Carolina, with regular in‑person meetings in Columbia and Blythewood. Travel to company events and occasional visits to other sites may be required.
We seek candidates with 4+ years of manufacturing engineering, production planning, or project‑management experience, a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, and strong knowledge of vehicle engineering processes and planning software. Required skills include cross‑functional collaboration, strategic problem‑solving, MS Office proficiency, a driver’s license, and a growth‑mindset.
