Shutdown Logistics Officer

Diversified mining services company operating lithium, iron ore, energy and pit‑to‑port services in Western Australia.
Manage end-to-end shutdown logistics, compliance, travel and training across sites.
Manage requests for all Shutdown workers (internal & external)
Coordinate flight & accommodation requirements using SAM suite
Daily use of INX compliance system to process Mobilisation workflows
Provide comprehensive updates to leadership as required, including escalation of non-compliance
Liaising with external training & medical providers as and when required
Coordinating training and inductions for new and existing employees
Maintaining and fostering a work environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding customer service
Ensuring all compliances have been met according to MinRes shutdown requirements
Monitor, maintain and review site manning lists
Action & maintain daily tasks list using Sharepoint

Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects simultaneously whilst also providing a calibre of service

Previous experience booking travel and accommodation requirements
Possess high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Experience with INX and/or SAM suite is desirable
