Implement deal governance initiatives to reduce non-standard commitments and improve proposal quality.
Manage RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from receipt to submission.
Drive continuous improvement in proposal processes and outcomes.
Track and report key performance metrics such as bid volume, win rate, and turnaround time.
Lead the creation, review, and delivery of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal standards.
Manage non-standard quotes and deals to ensure accurate quotes and approval on non-standard T&Cs.
Facilitate scope meetings and clarify requirements to ensure alignment.
Develop compelling, accurate, and competitive proposals in collaboration with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients during the proposal lifecycle.
Interpret client requirements and ensure proposals meet all technical and commercial criteria.
Maintain templates, tools, and best practices for proposal development.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bids and proposals or procurement-related roles.
Preferred certifications: APMP; CPSM is a plus.
