Operations Analyst

Description

• Implement deal governance initiatives to reduce non-standard commitments and improve proposal quality.
• Manage RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from receipt to submission.
• Drive continuous improvement in proposal processes and outcomes.
• Track and report key performance metrics such as bid volume, win rate, and turnaround time.
• Lead the creation, review, and delivery of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal standards.
• Manage non-standard quotes and deals to ensure accurate quotes and approval on non-standard T&Cs.
• Facilitate scope meetings and clarify requirements to ensure alignment.
• Develop compelling, accurate, and competitive proposals in collaboration with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients during the proposal lifecycle.
• Interpret client requirements and ensure proposals meet all technical and commercial criteria.
• Maintain templates, tools, and best practices for proposal development.

Requirements

• Understanding of RFx lifecycle, quotings and procurement processes.
• Experience in stakeholder management and change management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and proposal management tools.
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and compliance requirements.
• Background in technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bids and proposals or procurement-related roles.
• Preferred certifications: APMP; CPSM is a plus.
