- Archiving and cancellation of contract (incl. service contract) upon completion.
- Reconciliation of the interim accounts to maintain hygiene of the Books & records.
- Monitors order costs and non-conformance costs. Supports the charge order process towards customer. Ongoing performance review of contract compliance and efficiency vs. CPR/CPT target.
- Generates billing requests and manages free cash flow incl. CPR invoicing and reconciliation.
- Creates, completes, and executes the SD contracts in the SAP system (P58).
- Manage contract modifications (variations) and contract renewals.
- Set-up customer service contract incl. warranty conditions.
- Performs commercial contract review upon order handover (PM080).
- Maintains start date for RCO business (based on handover protocol).
- Execution of price adjustments (reviews) and related activities (price rise).
- Clarifies contract scope and prepares revised PM100 calculation in conjunction with Project Management. Generates customer order confirmation.
- Responsible for capitalization of instruments / fixed assets / rental assets.

- Strong command of the English language, written and verbal.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required.
- You are highly versed in SAP.
- Strong organisation, time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Result and quality orientation with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- A Degree in Business Administration/Accounting is desirable.
- Experience in the healthcare/medical devices industry will be advantageous.
- You have a strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
