- Minimum 15 years of construction experience in large industrial or renewable energy EPC projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and operational excellence.
- Proven ability to build high‑performing, inclusive teams and align talent strategy with business goals.
- Strong financial, risk management, and regulatory compliance skills for large‑scale infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, change‑management, conflict‑resolution, and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, Viewpoint, and construction software.
