The role is a Team Lead position responsible for managing a direct and indirect team of 25‑50 professionals. The leader will oversee staff across accounts payable, collections and sales, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires strong performance management, mentorship and the ability to drive productivity and quality outcomes.

The Team Lead will manage BPO supervisors and processors, provide timely data and MIS reporting, and work with global stakeholders to achieve accurate, on‑time results. Responsibilities include resolving quality‑control issues, meeting productivity targets, implementing new procedures, and maintaining professional communications with internal customers. The leader will also mentor the team, identify training needs, conduct regular performance evaluations, and train new hires to uphold WM’s standards and culture.

• Manage BPO supervisors and processors across accounts payable, collections, and sales.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an accredited Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of a high‑school diploma/GED and four years of relevant experience. Six years of experience in audit, accounts and finance, plus at least two years of team‑management experience, are required. The role demands strong language, math and reasoning abilities, proficiency with accounting and Microsoft Office software, and excellent problem‑solving, communication and team‑handling skills. Applicants must thrive in a fast‑paced, urgent environment and possess effective team scheduling and coaching capabilities.

The position is based in an office setting where keyboarding and occasional handling of objects under 30 lb are required. Employees may be exposed infrequently to minor occupational risks such as cuts, burns or toxic chemicals, as well as occasional dirt, odors, noise or extreme weather conditions.
