Prepare and Maintain detailed Schedules for Engineering and Maintenance work, integrating small unit projects into the broader Refinery
Produce planning and Scheduling performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate and Coordinate Statutory work requests and critical maintenance routines to minimize downtime and optimize refinery reliability
Liaising with multiple work groups to generate an accurate Weekly Schedule. Adjusting Schedules both Reactively and Planned
Analyse data and prepare reports for continuous improvement and KPIs utilizing appropriate analysis techniques. Scheduling/planning detailed work for following week work and 2-6 week look-aheads using SAP and Prometheus Scheduling tool
