  • Support restructuring efforts through data-driven analysis and stakeholder consultation.
  • Develop and implement operational techniques that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Facilitate co-design workshops with cross-functional teams to redesign processes and policies.
  • Provide Lean coaching and mentorship where required.
  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership.
  • Lead and execute Lean-based process improvement initiatives.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across all levels, including analysts, team leads, and executives.

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher) – preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilled in project delivery and benefit tracking.
  • Additional certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), Business Analysis or Project Management are highly regarded.
  • Strong facilitation skills for co-design sessions and stakeholder workshops.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related discipline are preferred but not essential.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Lean change, business transformation, or operational excellence.

  • Proven experience in process design, policy change, and operational effectiveness.
  • Strong background in finance, credit and / or operations, ideally within regulated environments.
