Working closely with Regional Administrators to manage legal evictions due to lack of cooperation from residents for treatments
Liaising with external contractors and exterminators when necessary
Scheduling of individual suite inspections including making and sending out notices of entry and preparation sheets within a reasonable timeframe before the treatment date
Sustains continual awareness and use of safeguards for all pest control operations to minimize adverse environmental impact
Informing and educating residents on preparation for persistent problems
Observes and identifies common bed bug reports evidence of infestation; cleans work site after completion of job
Reporting of cleanout strategies and results to senior managers
Issuing of Purchase Orders
Contacting the residents between treatments regarding follow up dates
Maintain and makes minor repairs to equipment or materials that may be used during the pest control process
Inspections of properties/suites on a regular basis
Liaising with external contractors
Ensures that a superior level of co-operation, service and support is provided to residents, thereby ensuring that Timbercreek is a landlord of choice
Scheduling of building cleanouts throughout the portfolio
Communication with site teams including proposed clean outs
Receiving treatment requests from the residents

A demonstrated high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality
Experience in a customer service role would be an asset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
1-2 years of administration, customer service, and/or data analytics. Nice to have: Pest control experience
A professional demeanor with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Yardi would be an asset
Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
Maintains good resident-landlord relations
Ability to work and act independently using good judgment when assessing difficult situations
