As the Service Manager, you will lead the Service team and ensure the property remains in tip‑top condition through a passion for quality appearance and proactive maintenance and repairs. You will mentor a crew of skilled technicians, solve maintenance challenges, and communicate effectively to keep operations running smoothly.
The Service Manager oversees daily maintenance operations, collaborates with Property Managers on property needs and escalations, and partners with Regional Service Managers on larger capital projects. This position ensures work orders are completed efficiently, maintains high standards for property quality, and supports operational goals while adhering to Mission Rock’s standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong customer service and communication skills, proven leadership ability, and solid organizational and time‑management capabilities. Required qualifications include HVAC and CPO certifications, 3‑5 years of multi‑family maintenance experience, knowledge of fair housing practices, a valid driver’s license, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
