- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures and track milestones.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site readiness assessments and method statements; sequence civil and interior activities.
- Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil finishes and ensure Good for Construction drawing alignment.
- Oversee structural alterations, flooring, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, cladding and painting in line with IS codes and NBC India.
- Supervise interior fit‑out works including joinery, modular furniture, partitions, ceilings, wall treatments and soft finishes.
- Manage sample approvals, mock‑ups, material submittals, finish schedules, snag lists and close‑out processes.
- Lead subcontractor and supplier performance, allocate site workforce and resolve conflicts.
- Facilitate weekly progress reviews with clients, architects and consultants.
- Enforce EHS and site safety standards, including PPE, method statements and risk assessments.
- Maintain daily logs, measurement books, RFI/RFP trackers, as‑built drawings and handover documentation.
- Implement quality control plans, conduct inspections, drive commissioning and oversee defect liability follow‑up.
