Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Journeyman in the mechanical/plumbing industry (Journeyman or Masters license)
Working knowledge of all relevant national and local codes and company and industry standards.
Reliable transportation to and from work required
Superior organizational and time management skills
Must possess the ability to multitask
Must be detail oriented
Capable of reading blueprints and specifications
Great communication skills with crew as well as clients
Must possess and maintain licenses that are required in the jurisdictions that you are working.
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of commercial plumbing, construction practice and safety procedures
Leadership skills a must
Able to lift 50 lbs, twist, crouch, work overhead, climb ladders, work on uneven surfaces
OSHA 30 Certification (Preferred)
Current Journeyman License (or Masters License)
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to work independently or as part of a team
