This exciting Partner or Associate role (depending on experience) will serve as a key member of the team, managing a diverse client base ranging from large institutional farmland investors to smaller family-owned farming businesses. This interesting and rewarding role will advise and deliver tailored management solutions, whether farms are operated in-hand or through Farm Management Agreements, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainability. The successful person will also help drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand Bidwells’ services and support future growth across the rural sector.
A new opportunity has arisen within our busy, friendly and talented Agriculture and Environment (A&E) team at Bidwells for an experienced agricultural consultant and specialist.
This role will ideally be based from our Cambridge Head Office and we offer agile working, however we may also consider those nearer our Oxford and Norwich offices.
