The specialist will partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define role requirements and long‑term hiring goals, own the full‑cycle recruitment process, and proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and community events. They will screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, develop innovative sourcing strategies, collaborate with HR and employer branding, monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks, build talent pipelines, and report recruiting metrics to business leaders.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of staffing or recruitment experience, preferably within electrical, structural engineering, or commercial construction, and can recruit at all organizational levels with a focus on electrical construction craft and administrative roles. A strong grasp of construction terminology, experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred), proven passive‑candidate sourcing skills, and excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities are required. Certifications or coursework are a plus.
This hybrid role (virtual/office) includes some travel and offers comprehensive benefits programs for skilled craft, labor, experienced professionals, and recent graduates. DPR values employee health and wellness and provides a supportive environment for career growth.
