Work with motors, solenoids, sensors, controllers, and other electromechanical components to optimize performance and reliability.
Own the electrical design and development of commercial-grade products, including component selection, circuit design, and system integration.
Collaborate with overseas manufacturing teams to maintain electrical quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
Lead durability and performance testing, validating electrical designs against real-world use cases.
Support mechanical troubleshooting for products that blend electrical and mechanical functionality.
Benchmark competitor products and translate findings into improved electrical design strategies.
Produce technical documentation, schematics, and CAD work using SolidWorks or Pro/Engineer (Creo).
Conduct hands-on testing in the Lodi workshop and guide in-house technicians on troubleshooting and validation procedures.
You’ll take the lead in shaping the electrical architecture of multiple product lines, ensuring our equipment meets strict performance, safety, and reliability standards. This position offers a mix of design ownership, lab testing, field insights, and global manufacturing collaboration.
Occasional travel (2–3 trips/year) for site visits and technical reviews.
5–8 years of experience in electrical or electromechanical product engineering.
Proficiency with SolidWorks or Pro/Engineer (Creo).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Proven background designing rugged, commercial, or mass-produced products.
