Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in program management role for large-scale infrastructure projects.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Experience in ITS & tolling solutions projects.
Caltrans and CCTA experience.
Professional Engineering license in the State of California.
Familiar with tolling facilities program
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of California construction laws and system requirements is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
