Support the management of the Document Management System with draft process maps.
In agreement with each concerned Process Owner/Function, document the way of working.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Support Value Stream Mapping.
Follow up on actions and monitor action completion. Escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate closely with the Plant Quality team and the Charleston Factory.
A documentation/mapping of these work processes allowing daily process confirmation by team leaders/managers
Organize workshops as needed to improve the process maps and documentation.

Knowledge in Management System management/lean management/quality. management/engineering/project management.
Good IT skills and knowledge in Microsoft office tools.
