- Reviewing, and assessing, the EHS implications of changes as they occur during the project, through safety audits and day to day site safety reviews.
- Assisting in the identification, and management, of high-risk activities (HRA) at each stage of the project; including liaising with project teams, and working with contractors in forward safety planning and co-ordination of works activities.
- Developing, implementing, reporting, and communications structures on EHS management performance to enable accurate assessment and evaluation.
- Monitoring the driven Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assessment and evaluation across the construction project (these will vary depending on each project stage).
