8+ years of leading teams or groups preferred.

Experience working with AC and DC power sources and related products and systems
Minimum 10 years of work experience
Exposure to mechanical systems, electronic systems, and controls
Experience in business systems, ERP, PDM/PLM
Previous experience in managing large complex projects and teams preferred
Experience in product development processes
5+ years of experience in leading teams or groups
Project management experience is a plus
Experience in the energy sector; with a focus on microgrid, DER products, power distribution systems and enclosures, battery energy storage systems.
Understands related government and industry standards that govern the products being developed and tested.
