The role involves implementing project‑specific Digital Delivery and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned with enterprise standards and client requirements, leading model‑based and data‑driven workflows, and championing digital transformation initiatives such as automation, interoperability, and process optimization.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple digital delivery workstreams across concurrent projects, promoting the use of Dynamo, scripting, and automation tools, ensuring structured data supports downstream uses like construction, asset information models, and digital twins, and enabling interoperability across platforms such as Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, ProjectWise, ACC, and Navisworks.
The candidate will support the BIM/Digital Manager in training and mentoring project teams, and will establish QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with internal standards, ISO 19650 principles, and client specifications.
Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management (or a civil engineering diploma) with at least 10‑12 years of digital delivery experience, 15‑20 years delivering BIM solutions using ACC, BIM 360, and Revit Structure, and proven experience as a lead digital/BIM coordinator on complex multidisciplinary building projects.
