Description

• Contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost continuous improvement efforts.
• Record daily customer orders and track work instructions using the production system.
• Operate basic printing programs to fulfill specific job orders and make adjustments independently.
• Prioritize tasks and seek guidance from lead or supervisor when needed.
• Provide basic training to department colleagues.
• Use hand, battery, electric, and pneumatic tools to complete assemblies safely.
• Operate circular saws and deburring tools for modified utility and flow assemblies.
• Utilize laser etcher, dot‑peen etcher, and engraver to meet customer specifications for utility/flow products.
• Navigate LX screens to manage inventory requirements and make system adjustments.
• Apply 5S and Lean principles to maintain a clean, safe, efficient workplace.
• Perform soldering, gluing, and centering to tolerance across multiple analytical technology products.
• Conduct gas calibrations to test sensors for analytical technologies.
• Use function generators and multimeters for testing analytical technology assemblies.

Requirements

We are seeking an Assembler II for our Tulsa, OK facility on a 1st‑shift schedule. The role involves assembling parts according to work instructions or drawings, completing critical component assemblies, and rotating through various assembly tasks across the plant.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 35 lb, perform forward‑bending and dexterity tests, and may involve reasonable accommodations under the ADA and other applicable laws.

• Minimum qualifications: high school diploma/GED, 3+ years assembly experience, basic computer/ERP skills, strong attention to detail, teamwork orientation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lb and pass forward‑bending and dexterity tests.
