- Design, develop, and implement Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
- Build and manage Dataverse databases and integrate them within the Power Platform.
- Create data models and visualizations in Power BI for actionable insights.
- Gather requirements and deliver low-code/no-code solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UX designers, data analysts, data scientists, and the Power Platform Lead.
- Develop and maintain workflows and automations using Power Automate, including RPA.
- Build conversational experiences with Power Virtual Agents and external solutions with Power Pages/Portals.
- Test solutions against requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and communicate delivery progress clearly.
- Contribute to project estimates and pipeline planning to support team growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant Microsoft certification.
- 2–4 years of industry experience.
- Practical experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Basic proficiency in DAX.
- Ability to connect Power BI to data sources like Excel, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
- Skill in creating and customizing visuals, charts, and slicers.
- Knowledge of data modeling, relationships, and calculated columns/measures.
- Experience building dashboards and interactive reports.
- Familiarity with filters, slicers, and drill‑through features.
- Experience with data transformation using Power Query.
- Exposure to scheduled refreshes and Power BI Gateway (preferred).
- Basic awareness of security and sharing features; Row‑Level Security knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
