- Administer Google Workspace, domain resources, databases, and third-party applications.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing; ensure compliance and optimize performance.

- Evaluate, test, and implement new hardware, software, and emerging technologies.

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong background in IT budgeting, licensing, and vendor management.
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.
- Relevant certifications (such as Google Workspace Admin, ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or PMP) preferred.
- High ethical standards with proven experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration is heavily preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge across networks, servers, cloud tools, and security.
- Company issued iPhone + iPad (for select roles)
- Experience with ServiceTitan (or similar field service management platforms) is strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate and partner across all levels of the organization.
