We’re looking for a Category Manager to lead sourcing efforts across multiple spend categories. This role focuses on developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and delivering cost savings while ensuring compliance and quality.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify supplier risks and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
- Category Strategy: Develop category plans based on market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost goals. Define KPIs and long-term strategies.
- Sourcing & Supplier Management: Lead RFPs/RFQs, evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage onboarding and performance.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct spend analysis, track savings, and support reporting.
- Procurement Operations: Align procurement with business needs, support budgeting, and manage documentation and compliance.
