- You will participate in technical design reviews and in technical problem solving.
- You will interface with other departments in HVDC organization, representing your System Design team in project and tender meetings and discussions, also representing System Design in customer meetings.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- You will be supporting projects and tenders for HVDC System Design & managing the scope, budget and schedule while ensuring quality requirements are met.
- You will be responsible for the technical coordination of System Design deliveries as well as managing the risks and identifying opportunities to reduce time and cost while ensuring quality requirements are met.

- You are a flexible leader that enjoy problem solving and work in a structured way.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You should have project management experience from working in engineering and are familiar with managing system delivery projects or tenders.
- You hold a degree in B.E. Electrical and Electronics Engineering ( with 7+ years experience)/ Master of Engineering - Power System ( with 5+ years experience).
- HVDC system design project management experience is considered an asset, VDC system design knowledge is considered an asset.
- You enjoy working in diverse and multicultural teams and are interested to share your experiences and knowledge with your colleagues as well as learn from them.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions.
- Be ready to be proactive and apply your project management and analytical skills.
