Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Purchasing Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the busy purchasing department, processing high volumes of documentation daily and uploading purchase orders to project folders. The role also involves managing paperwork for incoming and outgoing deliveries, completing customs declarations and new supplier vendor forms, and maintaining procurement systems in line with procedures. Additionally, the administrator will collect, analyse, and summarise data to provide relevant information, and proactively follow up on order confirmations, returns, and overdue orders, working both independently and as part of a team.
