Role
Description

Lead and support new store openings from pre-construction hand over.
Keep asset registers updated and highlight asset risks and opportunities.
Vendor management of technical and cleaning services.
Ensure Regional Management processes and procedures are documented and kept up to date.
Compile reports with supporting data for key decisions for Client review.
Visit stores where critical issues are disrupting business continuity.
Attend final hand over meetings for new and refurbished stores.
Identify Best Practises across stores and Vendors and present these back to the client and work on the implementation process.
Troubleshoot and resolve service delivery issues when they arise.
Maintain helpdesk, asset registers, Shared Drive and O&Ms to reflect all stores and refurb activity.
Maintain the quality and standards of FM delivery via an agreed audit process.
Training and coaching of coordinators.
Manage and monitor vendor performance in line with agreed SLAs/KPIs.
Support the delivery of FM services with site/vendor visits when required.
Take responsibility for store refits and store closures.
Carry out 4 audits a year to the key stores in the portfolio.
Take ownership and action to support service co-ordinators’ escalations.

Service provider experience preferred
Experience in the Retail Sector
Experience of managing supply chains and small/medium projects in the Americas
Experience of FM help desk software such as Service Channel
Previous asset collation experience
Able to prioritise work to deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively
Experience using project management and accounting software is required
Excellent health and safety awareness
Advanced Excel or database experience is an advantage
Strong project management skills
Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
Good organisational skills
Ability to think "out of the box" and to bring creative solutions to the table
Suit self-driven individual with discipline to manage own workload
Experience in delivering planned and reactive maintenance in the Americas
Strong commercial acumen
Professional qualification or business-related degree.
