Reviewing pay applications to ensure proper verification of completed work and compliance with contract requirements.
Monitoring adherence to the quality assurance/quality control plan, and other documents as required and promoting excellence on the project through the application of quality assurance processes.
Coordinate with all Airport Stakeholders to facilitate goals and objectives for administrative, technical, engineering through closeout functions.
Lead the review and approval of exemption requests as may be required to amend design documents. Accept, reject, or mitigate these requests as may be appropriate.
Enforce the requirements of the Design and Construction Handbook (DCH), in effect at the time the project is designed. Ensure that any approved revisions or deviations are documented and tracked for future reference during construction and closeout. Enforce supplemental Design Guidelines as may come into effect or are in effect from time to time.

Thoroughly understand the agreements and amendments between the design professionals and/or contractors in terms of legal and performance requirements including procurement delivery schedules, component delivery dates, pending notices (NTP, BOAC Action’s, TOC, SC, etc.), requiring the support of the project manager.
Ability to work in CAD or REVIT a plus
