Scrub geospatial and tabular parcel data for accuracy and completeness
Prepare external materials and site maps, with excellent attention to detail
Conduct market research to support Greenfield Development decisions Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management
Assist with reviewing and analyzing geospatial datasets, editing data, digitizing, or creating features, as needed
Maintain siting folders and project files to keep siting exercises organized and cataloged
Assist with updating other geospatial datasets, as needed
Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to the Director, Land Origination based on sound analysis
Support spatial data maintenance and update processes
Provide support to related GIS and spatial data analysis through coordination with various stakeholders across the organization
Assist with updating internal geospatial databases

Enrolment in a bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
