Tasks

-Experiment with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-modal AI techniques to build intelligent applications -Leading technical discussion and design cross global teams -Hands on MCP tools to integrate AI solutions into product workflows -Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI features in production. -Develop tools to boost development like automated testing, performance monitoring, resiliency analysis, etc -Develop prototypes to validate ideas and drive them into production-ready solutions -Solve complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors by taking a broad perspective to identify the best approach and innovative solutions -Mentoring and leading junior members to contribute on project goals -Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and product AI features -Document findings, share best practices, and contribute to AI knowledge sharing across other groups -Share and bring best practice into the team/product; promote best practice/achievement to engineering community -May lead functional teams or programs within own function (or closely related functions) -Incumbents translate specialized subject-matter requirements into business needs/requirements -Collaborate with the AI Platform team to leverage shared infrastructure, tools, and services -Establish strong partnership and collaborate effectively with engineering teams worldwide with concise communication, strong commitment and win-win mindset

What You Bring

-Bachelor in Computer Engineering with 8+ years working experience or equivalent MS -For jobs at this level, knowledge of the business starts to become as important as subject-matter knowledge -Work independently, with close guidance in only the most complex or unusual situations -Excellent programing skills with Python, Java -Comprehensive technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design, implementation, automation tests and deployment -Fluent English communication -Adapt communication style to persuade various stakeholders across the business and frequently interact with senior leaders to provide advice and SME -Own full engineering cycle including designing, prototyping, coding, validating, deployment, and troubleshooting -Excellent analytical capability and fast-learning ability -Experience in data scientist is a plus -Excellent knowledge about AWS services or similar core services from other providers -Require excellent experience in AI such as AI agent, MCP, LLM -Require depth of specialized expertise to interpret internal/external business issues and recommend best practices to address them -Rich AI system design experience -Successfully completed one or more commercial AI software development cycles is a plus -Advanced expert role, requiring deep subject-matter knowledge and sound business acumen to advise leaders -Good leadership, communication and teamwork
