Preferred candidates have prior solar, construction, or military experience, adhere to safety policies, and can identify and report hazards while encouraging safe work practices. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to meet deadlines and performance metrics, and a team‑oriented mindset are essential in this fast‑paced environment.
The position requires physical stamina: frequent lifting of up to 50 lb (100 lb with assistance), working on rooftops with various angles, climbing ladders, and navigating confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces. Workers must also tolerate outdoor weather conditions, use fine‑motor hand functions, and operate personal protective equipment safely.
