- Vehicle and test cell data analysis using Cummins own analysis tools and Matlab.
- Working closely with functional experts across the globe to understand the assignable cause and drive a resolution for the end users in a timely manner.
- Participating in product issue projects following the 7-step process including fault tree analysis, field data analysis and route cause analysis.
- Supporting the identification, resolution and implementation of fixes on key product issues with Automotive OEM’s.
