  • Assist in supervisor duties, in absence of production supervisor
  • Ensure employees achieve/perform to daily targets and product outputs
  • Follow and enforce all cleaning procedures on paint lines
  • Continues to improve knowledge of raw material and product quality while developing increased familiarity of overall machine performance and tool maintenance
  • Safeguards Company property while maintaining acceptable level of productivity
  • Serves as a resource to team members, providing knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice
  • Moves materials manually or engages automatic feeding mechanisms to piece specifications
  • Encourages team effort and supportive attitudes between employees
  • Assisting co-workers in the day to day operation of the paint lines.
  • Ensures employees follow proper procedures, processes and comply with company protocols and policies
  • Executes and trains team on proper use of safety equipment and procedures that may become necessary at any point during the production process & responsible for reporting all incidents that compromise safety or security
  • Participates as an active member of the production team and fills in and helps as needed.
  • Reads and studies work orders to assess machine specifications and determine tooling instructions, materials needed and sequence of operations in relation to raw materials/product

  • Working knowledge of Shop-Trak and inventory tracking system
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications
  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds at those times when assistance is needed on production floor.
  • Consistently demonstrates and incorporates principals of safety for self and others into daily activities
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • 1 year related production experience
