Under the leadership of the Board of Directors and Executive Staff, the Tollway is committed to achieving the following goals: increase collaboration with regional transportation and planning agencies, promote the regional economy, maintain financial integrity, foster environmental responsibility and sustainability, maintain the safety and efficiency of the Tollway system, further transparency and accountability, enhance customer service, and maintain public trust.
In support of this mission, the General Manager of IT Contract Management manages contracts, facilitates procurement, monitors equipment end of life/end of service, monitors budget and cash flow, facilitates appropriate action to minimize disruption in service and support.
- Provide fiscal monitoring and facilitates appropriate action to address issues.
- Monitors contract terms and conditions and facilitates appropriate action to address issues.
- Monitors equipment end of life/end of service dates and facilitates appropriate action to address issues.
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Compliance Department to procure equipment and services and structure new contracts to meet the evolving business needs of the organization.
- Utilize departmental objectives, historical trend projections, and performance metrics to prepare the department’s budget and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with established goals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Bachelor 's Degree from an accredited college in Business, Management or a related field of study or the equivalent years of education and experience
- Knowledge and understanding of contracts from conception to completion
- Five years of work experience in fiscal operations, information technology and project management
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work effectively with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced complex environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality
- Ability to use a range of technology and tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
