- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, identifying areas for improvement and development in environmental performance.
- Support the integration of environmental management into broader HSEQ processes.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for environmental matters.
- Assist in the preparation of Project Environmental Plans (PEPs) and Environmental Work Methodologies.
- Visit sites to engage with site teams and management, providing guidance and responding to technical environmental and sustainability queries.
- Join an established Environmental team, working across a variety of civil engineering projects to continually elevate environmental standards and practices.
- Implement and maintain Environmental and Sustainability policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards.

- Reporting to the Environmental Manager, with excellent training and development opportunities.
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Construction White Card and current driver's licence preferred.
- Experience in a similar role within civil engineering, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience implementing environmental and sustainability policies in line with legislative requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Exposure to high-profile civil infrastructure projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Knowledge of environmental remediation systems or Bluebook training is advantageous.
